My complaint:
I called Netspend to question two transactions and during our conversation the lady told me all they could do is cancel my card. I ask her multiple times not to do that, because I am on medication, that is due to be picked up tomorrow, and without this medication I have seizures and possible strokes and also my rent was due, so I need my card tomorrow. She said she had to speak to a supervisor, I ask her to let me talk to the supervisor and she put me on hold. A man came on the line and said he was a supervisor. I explained everything to him an ask that he not cancel my card. He put me on hold and never came back after holding for about 15 minutes I hung up and called back, only to find out they canceled my card. I have been a customer for around 20 years, never have I been treated like this, lied to and left hanging on a phone. They did not care if I had a seizer or if I could not pay rent or buy food. Who acts that inhumane to an elderly person? I will definately be looking for a new card company in the near future.
Suggested solution:
I think I should receive an apology and those two people have no business serving the public if they can right out lie to a person with no regard for the consequences for what they did.
