My complaint:

I transferred my stimulus over to my account which is with NetSpend and everything went smoothly.That night I went to get cash off my card and I kept getting declined. So that next morning I called and found out they had put a block on my account . It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money and everyday I called me or my husband and they have told us numerous things about how to go about this and told us to send in documents for only to get denied and the policy they have changes with the lies they tells us and they ha me thinking that they mail my check for only to find out it never got mailed I’m behind on my bills and I have 1,174 just sitting in a supposed to closed account all because of me not being able to submit a ssc which got burned in a fire . But I sent in what the social security people gave me when I applied but they tell me to get a lawyer and or I get hung up on and through all the they haven’t given me a reason to why my account got blocked from the start

Suggested solution:

I just want what right fully mines and for the account to be closed so I can move on with my life this has really put a huge burden on me and my family and bills we are struggling and needed that income for bills please help us get what is owed and I will never use them for anything
