My complaint:

I was declined an overdraft of a mere $100 of which I feel I can use and pay back whenever I please ….and as Frequently as I please…..as long as I am a customer IN GOOD DIRECT DEPOSIT STANDING !!!
INCLUDING A $15 service fee!!!!! I feel like a banking institution should be willing to (increase )not decline if a customer is using the overdraft frequently. This shows poor concern for customer satisfaction and disappreciation toward cardholders. You’re not giving me ANYTHING I’m paying for a service. This lets me know Completely what I’m dealing with here …….. I have a Bi weekly deposit of up tp $2700 sometimes and I feel like its up to me the frequency of my overdraft when it cost me $15 a wop ……….

Suggested solution:

I feel that Costomers should be rated by there payback not declined because the company feels they are somehow HELPING the card holders. I compleatly understand that somtimes people my abuse or misuse services , however those issues have to be evaluated and handelded on a different level or standard. Every one who holds a Netspend All Access card do not have the same situations and therfore have to be handelded accordingly .I aquired the Card because of its's convienance to my situation and the reviews I had read but that was beneith my erxpectations to Alter a service that I was subsequently offered ,and decline it when I need it
