My complaint:
My insurance company AAA deposited a check into my netspend account and I only got to use 700.00 and the freeze my account asking me for documentation and I provided them with all and then they close my account and they ain’t sending me my remaining balance . I even had my insurance company talk to them and still they ain’t releasing my funds I’ve been without a car for over 2 months thanks to stupid netspend. I’ve talked to many mangers and still have not got no where last one I talk to her name is Eay 257 . And she ain’t giving no reason of why they even closed my account and if they were going to close it why did they accept my insurance payout. I’m having lots of health issues and and of stress thanks to netspend. So I need them to pay my money back and I want them accountable for the stress they put me through and these 2 months of not having a car paying for Uber or my friends for ride to get groceries or goto my children’s home to visit. I want to get reimbursed for all that too. Thank you hopefully you could help me.
Suggested solution:
I need my money returned to me plus I need to get reimbursed for all my Uber cost and for all the friends I had to pay in these 2 months since they had my money. Plus all the stress they put me through.
