My complaint:
My mother passed away in November and I’ve been trying to get her fund’s return to me but they keep giving me the run around won’t answer my calls won’t return emails unwilling to help me at all I’ve sent and faxed all information at lest 20 times they keep saying they didn’t receive it when I have fax ation that they did initially the money was going to be used to help her funeral but they have ruined that for me
Suggested solution:
Refund the money that don’t belong to them
