My complaint:
I have been a member of Netspend since mid 2015 and have noticed that over the years your company developed a fee of $5.oo dollars paid for a yearly fee. Now recently my debit card was lost and I had to freeze the old card. During my ordering the new card your company attempted to get an additional $25.00 dollars in order to rush my replacement to me in 3 business days verus 7 to 10 business daya. This request for a replacement card was placed on December 4rth Its now saturday December 12lth these extra fees and poor custemer service have to be changed
Suggested solution:
by suspending such fees and thier policies and practises concerning replacement cards every replacement card should be rushed to your customer within three business days of requesting it.
