My complaint:
On Feburary 27, 2019. There were 5 unauthorized charges credited to my debit mastercard that I didn’t make. Contacted Goggle play on the Feb 28 about the charges. The three lowest where refunded at that present time for the amount of $15.97. The two transactions for $399.98 were kept. Disputed it with Netspend came back no error. Contacted Goggle again, they realized a mistake were made they refunded my funds but Netspend wont reverse the charges and release my funds.
Suggested solution:
Would like my funds to be credited to my account in the sum of $399.98. The money doesn\'t want to refund my money back after Goggle did a charge back to my account
