My complaint:
Cards are advertised as prepaid visa i bought one and put 25 dollars on it only to find out i had to send in my social security card and Id pay stubs three BLoOd samples and a DNA test. Only to have the reply that they couldn’t activate my Account because I had an account prior. Now it is 4 weeks several emails and calls later yet with no resolve. I mean my hell keep the card off that’s what they wanted so bad. I’m working 10 times harder to get the money that all the time and effort could have bought me 10 more cards. The prepaid card needs to be taken out of stores. And fire the rocket scientist that came up with their poorly managed and top secret security systems! I mean pay pal for example doing just fine selling prepaid at the store no questions asked when you want to use your money that you put on the card. Boycott these lowlife criminals. I know I’m not the only one out there. They need to be shut down. We all need to come together and file a lawsuit. I guess they just decided it was okay to keep my money. Cool that’s cool.
Suggested solution:
Shutdown and management needs to resign. Get with the times. Get cards out of stores due to false advertising! Study paypal cash app venmo etc. Crypto.com. retrain all customer service reps and replace the entire corporate team-!
