Why they refusing to send me a replacement card? They are holding my 1.500 $ for many weeks now and refusing to send my replacement card why? To rob me steal my money? Should I call FBI ?

It really has to be a right way to solve my or similar cases.This people who robbing as with impunity they have to pay for actions like this.
