My complaint:

Yesterday I had went to my local retail store to load my Chime Bank debit card to pay my cell phone bill but the store was having some issues with reloads so I went a head and purchased a NetSpend PayPal prepaid Mastercard. I when I got back home I obviously needed to activate it and suddenly wouldn’t activate and. Said that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours so I did. They claimed that they can’t activate the card because I was no longer eligible when I never had one before and that I had to wait for the to process a check and mail it . I told them no that I only purchased the card for one time use to pay my cell phone bill and had no intentions on getting a personalized card they still refused my phone is going to get turned off because of this and I will be terminated as having a active phone at all times is required to be employed. So I reached out to PayPal since it’s there card in the first place they asked me to verify all my personal information so I did then they want to play dumb and say that they will not activate it either

Suggested solution:

Activate it ASAP so I can pay my bill they they can close the account all they want
