My complaint:
I (Edward d Ruiz) spoke with a rep. from Netspend to activate my card for first time. I mention how to spell my name 2 or 3 times. I recieved my new card in the mail on 6252021 with WRONG last name. Extremely irritated with this clumsy mistake. Would someone fix this ASAP

SEND ME A NEW CARD WITH CORRECT SPELLED NAME
