My complaint:
I called NetSpend to find out where was my refund and that’s when they told me that I had a balance of $2,262 however it shows that there was a deposit for $9,000 made to my account so they told me to file a claim and I found a claim and then they told me to write a letter and I did that too then they told me I had to wait until the 18th to get an update so then when the 18th got here they told me that there was no error found and I don’t understand how there’s no error found when my car was stolen as well as my wallet and other personal belongings and NetSpend refused to give me my money and they decide to close out my account without acknowledging me or giving me a notice and a reason as to why my account is now closed and I will not receive my funds that was given to me by the state of California internal revenue services
Suggested solution:
They need to do a proper thorough investigation because my money was took and it was took right under the nose of NetSpend so NetSpend these two refund my money because I do qualify for the zero liability because I am a victim
