My complaint:
I tried to download titles to take device away with us on 10.11.23, but it said download limit exceeded despite no downloads!!!,
hours on phone and chat to several diff advisors to Abe asked 15 times to sign out of all devices to no avail, and no apology.
NOT allowed to raise a complaint, only feedback as they don’t have a complaints department, they can take your money, not provide the service you paid for then give you no avenue to complain shocking, hence cancelled membership.
Suggested solution:
refund me for services paid for but not received
Did you try visiting https://www.netflix.com/devicemanagement – it should show the downloads that they have logged in their system, sometimes you may have downloads on old devices which you can remove on that page.
