My complaint:
Sitting down with my family to select a movie to watch and the very first show being advertised with its trailer is ‘never have I ever’ talking about sex while my children are sitting on the couch. Way too inappropriate for a preview especially when the trailers just play automatically and this show has been the number one listed the last several times I have logged into my Netflix.
Suggested solution:
Give me some free subscriptions or I’m canceling. This is not the first time I have been disappointed in the content displayed upon a simple search. I can read details, I can read ratings, I can select to watch a trailer if I’m interested but I don’t need stuff to start automatically playing without my selecting because I have children in my home.
