My complaint:

Your issue is: Hi. I suspended my account few days ago.
Earlier today my girlfriend who has been using the account tried to reactivate it entering her debit card details to resubscribe. She was debited and sequel to the successful payment, tried to sign in.
However, it kept showing the error code NSZ-430. Please help us address the issue ASAP. Thanks

Please provide a link to securely sign in to my account without any hassle, and with the new subscription being reflected
