My complaint:

Had original account for $19.99 a month payment, however situation changed so created second account for simple plan of $9.99 called up to cancel original plan of $19.99 however this has not been processed due to staff error and have been charged $19.99 a month on top of simple plan for two years.

Suggested solution:

Seeking refund for second account when should of been cancelled total amount of $359.82
