My complaint:

Constant buffering is destroying my nightly viewing pleasure. I sit down to watch Netflix from about 6pm – 9 pm. Some nights I watch Netflix for about an hour and then the buffering starts. At times this takes place after about 15 seconds of viewing. I have tested my download speed and on average it is 15-18 Mbsp. I have contacted Telkom my service provider and they assure me the fault does not lie with them but it lies with you. As you can imagine i become totally frustrated watching Netflix like this and it is not good enough service considering I pay to receive a constant viewable service.
