My complaint:
My subscription got cancelled
I have just tried to rejoin it
It says my Barclays debit card is not valid
Even though I have used the same card for two years now
I phoned Netflix after 3 hours of waiting still no answer
So used live chat
Got through to angeliki went through a hour of questioning she cannot
Understand English on this question
I have only one bank card and one email address
I don’t know what is hard to understand that question I told her 7 times that
After a long pause she terminated chat and then it comes up with how do you rate us and was it helpful
Please help me
