My complaint:
First of all I’m upset because I have to have a third-party try to contact Netflix so I can get this resolved I had talked to such my service for the past three months and then into and they told me that everything was fine because they know I don’t get paid until the 1st and they told me that it’s all set up I want to be charged until the first while 3 months in a row now I’m getting my account been on hold because of non-payment and it’s not the first I have to talk to your supervisor the customer service rep gave me a horrible horrible horrible conversation and told me that I would being unreasonable and love and all that and I enjoy have to talk to her supervisor and was on hold for an hour and a half never got to talk to a supervisor I want to talk to somebody in regard to why I’m happened to always get put on hold when I’m not due to pay until the first I’m not trying to sound mean but this is ridiculous and I voice text because I am disabled and I hope it makes

Let me talk to somebody that I used let me talk to his supervisor CEO of somebody I can talk to you besides you're horrible customer service
