Nespresso complaint: Bad service due to non return of Brand new machine

My complaint:

I purchased Vertuo Next Deluxe machine on 16th July 2023- it stopped working end of August 2023
Was picked up beginning of September by DPD he did not leave another machine for me to use whilst mine was being looked at , the receipt was attached to the machine for proof of purchase.
On the 27th September 2023 i had and message to say my machine was being delivered that day , as i was on holiday i arranged for my daughter to be at my property for so i could have my machine back My daughter booked an hour lunch from work, the same dpd driver bought the machine to the door and said i need to take the other machine back ?????????, there was no other machine , so he would not leave MY MACHINE because of this, so not only did he not leave MY MACHINE my daughter wasted and hour waiting. 4 weeks down the line still have no machine , If had purchased this machine from a store such as Argos or Curry’s i would had Refund , iam going to with draw my membership from Nespresso as this is disgusting service
