My complaint:

This is our family’s 4th Nespresso machine that has broken. The matte black round head was gifted to my husband Dec 2022, Used until may 2023 and not once again not working. We do not have a receipt and Nespresso refuses to give a replacement because we don’t have a receipt. Not sure what we are suppose to do here. Im beyond frustrated with customer care and the entire Nespresso product line. We have had vertigo flat and round both not performing as expected with both not functioning after 5-6 months use.

This week I have spent 1.5 hours on the phone with technical support and 1.5 hours with customer care trying for them to understand I do not have a receipt. They refuse to send me a replacement but rather have a rebate of 149 towards a new machine that costs 280. So Nespresso has a faulty/many faulty products and has now asked a customer of 5 years to pay 130 for a new machine, is this how they are making their money?! Do Confused, frustrated and extremely extremely disappointed in everything Nespresso!!
