My complaint:
I placed an order for 50 Starbucks capsules and only 40 arrived. I rang customer services and they said they can’t send out the 10 capsules that are missing. As they can only send out a minimum of 50. They have credited my account. But also in the past I had a recurring order which didn’t arrived and I had to cancel and reorder. I had to cancel the recurring order. I seem to be getting a lot of faults with ordering from you recently which must be down to your despatch team. This is not acceptable
