Nandos complaint: Dry dry chicken

My complaint:

The NANDO’s Robina store is where we have been buying chicken for years. Just lately it’s not great. We buy roughly every three weeks. So about six weeks ago it was dry. Almost inedible and burnt. Because it was the first time I was not to concerned. Three weeks ago we bought again and awesome. Back to the good old NANDO’s we love. Last night we ordered again. The food arrived about ten minutes after we ordered so that shows it was cooked previously and then heated up to look fresh. Again very very dry. Inedible. Problem is Robina is my store and I love NANDO’s so I really wish they can get it right especially when it’s not that cheap

Suggested solution:

Just get NANDO’s Robina to lift there game and produce decent chicken all the time and not just hit and miss
