My complaint:
On Sunday I bought two quarter legs with a side of spinach each for collection. Only to find out that my spinach had been burnt. The thigh piece was raw inside. I took it upon myself to take it back to the store. Only to be given back a burnt piece with no sauce. It looks like it was taken back to the stove. Grilled again and they burnt it. It felt like they did not value me as I customer. I’m very disappointed as I’m a regular customer. It might have been a small cheap meal, but I still deserved value for my money. I even have photos to prove it. I will never buy from there again
Suggested solution:
I don't know. It's their choice. As the first time they chose to resolve it by giving me burnt chicken. Poor service
