Nandos complaint: Bought a meal on special at normal price

My complaint:

I bought that full chicken with a side online at a normal price of R265 yesterday … I later learn today that i should’ve bought it at R179 as it’s on loadshedding special.

Suggested solution:

Complementary meal atleast or a voucher
