Nandos complaint: Half an ordere received, paid for full order, order was ice cold and hardly saucy

My complaint:

I ordered via Mr Delivery from this store, received half of my order, it was cold and hardly any sauce on it. I work close to this store, however my colleagues warned me to not order from the, as they repeatedly get orders wrong, or its cold, dry etc…i took a chance, but will NEVER order from them again, and would not recommend anyone else to…i am up till now waiting for a reply, or the rest of my order or a refund for the order i never received, to no avail…..BAD BAD SERVICE FROM THEM, REGULARLY….

Suggested solution:

The manager should check that the orders are correct and to Nandos standard...however, this is NOT the first time we have had issues with this particular store...its very sad...i quite frankly am not looking forward to the rest of the meal if the first half was that poor... reimburse with vouchers that we can use at a different store and not this one in Edward Street
