Nandos complaint: Worst burger ever

My complaint:

Last night at 19.19 after a 12 hour shift, drive 28km, I walked into Nando’s Grassy Park, place my order and waited, for a bout 20 min, everybody in their own buzz. I then asked someone to check up on my order, she took my slip looked at me walked away, scratching on the counter, cud not find my order, went to the back, come back 10 min later with a bag, says here this is your order, 1 chicken and chips and one burger. I said but i order chips with the burger, Oh she says, and my chips was on the counter, no apology. Got home and opened my meal, The Breast looked as if it was just slapped on, the bottom of the burger was soaked.The breast was not not match the roll, it was a thick piece did not fill the burger and raw inside. What a disaster to put me off that branch

Suggested solution:

That Nandos is open plan, the staff knows what orders is pending, i watched them, so don't stand and look at the screen while people are waiting. communicate, it make such a difference, give people good food, My bill was no 345 and i paid R 126.00 i think R84 for the burger which was worthless. You promote a quality product, so dont sell inferior
