My complaint:

Order obviously forgotten- used the order from table app.
Was supposed to deliver at 7.26pm.
Checked at 7.40pm! Expression on waitress face was oops! Meal came in staggered order. Many ordered after us and were served. Chicken alone was delivered more than an hour later. .sooo disappointed as have been a customer here for past 14 years and noticed a huge deterioration since change of management.
Please address!!!

Suggested solution:

In service training.
The common excise is v busy but this in no excuse when customers ordersarefirgotten- message given is certainly not a valued customer!!
