My complaint:

I am Zanele Sithole based in Joburg , I am on a holiday .my contact is 0784195470 . on the 15 Sept 2024 was from one of the activities with my sister … she said let’s do uber drive , I said no it’s a Sunday let’s go sit in … we went to Nando’s sea point , ordered full chicken with 2 sharing then we were given order number 50.. Sat and just had our chats and laugh 😭😭😭 45 minutes later I realised no one is coming to us or explaining that our order is being delayed and it’s Quite, the store is not even busy … I stood and went back to the counter and ask what’s happen , this guy just said food is coming his from lunch … people that came after us were served and had eaten .. I then request to see the manager cause the supervisor couldn’t answer my questions of how is their staff trained , why was I suppose to follow up on my order when I have an order number …. I had never had such bad services at any off the Nando’s cause I love their fresh chicken , no apology and I had to request a refund cause I saw my visit was not appreciated ….i hv attached all the slips as proof what time I got there and what time was my refund done…I then went back to my hotel and I had to order in even if it had to cost me more due to order online and its delivery because I could not continue to sit in knowing well that were not welcomed .. A training or workshop for that store is need , they have totally forgot their duties and Kips…. I hope to hear from you soon regards Zanele

We are all humans but one should show remorse of their wrong , the team is very incompetent and they are not efficient
