My complaint:
I take my grandchildren a lot to Nando’s and have always been able to use my Blue Light Card, went today and was told if I had not got an nhs email or my works badge I could not use it. I explained that I am retired so have not got an nhs email or a works badge. Could you please advise what identification, if any, would be acceptable.

Whether I can use my Blue Light card in your restaurants.
