My complaint:
I’m writing to report the appalling service at the Nando’s drive-thru in Midrand Mall (by China Mall) today 28 Jul 2023 at 17:00. The drive-thru service I received today was appalling. The lady who was working at the payments collection window is rude! And unprofessional and has no regard for customers.
Suggested solution:
This must be addressed.
