Unique Code: 427017042218122. Order Number: 600. On Sunday, 17 April 2022 at 18:11 I ordered a Vegetarian C Carnival Patty Pita, R97.00, via Drive-through. I requested that it be well done and I heard a person in the background shout that it is going to take long. I was not asked if I wanted mayonnaise. The Store was not busy and I was surprised that I did not wait as long as would normally wait as I always order the same 100% from Florida Road, Durban. I received my order and proceeded to my residence in North Beach, Durban CBD. On arrival, I noticed that the patty and pineapple were cold, with no mayonnaise, minimal cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber, and the wedges were cold and stringy. I immediately phoned the number depicted on the receipt as 0314674608 to speak directly to Bluff Store regarding this Complaint using my airtime. After a long wait of 40 minutes, I was put through to a lady that heard my Story and told me to go to the Bluff Store, speak to the Manager, and have the Meal replaced. On 20 April 2022, I proceeded back to Bluff Store at my cost and spoke to the Manager Sthembile. She informed me that no email was sent to her regarding the authorization to replace the Order and that I should make contact with Nandos Customer Care again and relay the information which I have hereby executed. Note, that I am a Pensioner on a wheelchair and I do not have a camera to take photographs.
