My complaint:
I ordered food from the store the first time and they did not deliver or even bother to call us as they couldn’t find the house. The second time we ordered, we had guests over and the food arrived more than an hour later hence we canceled the order. There were two recent incidents, one occured last week where I had specifically requested a card machine and the driver did not show up with one, he had dropped off the food and returned over an hour later with the card machine. Today I had placed an order and I requested a card machine again and the store manager had requested that I do an instant money before the driver arrives as there was no signal on the card machine. I told her that I would not mind doing the instant money after I had received the order and she refused and told me about previous customers. The order was also supposed to arrive at 20:30 and it is now 21:15 and the order has still not arrived. The person who had called me today, I think her name was Mpho but she was very rude and screaming on the phone. There are many people who have had problems with this particular store and its unacceptable but we but we continue to support them as they are the only store in the area which do deliveries.
Suggested solution:
Close down or do an evaluation of the Signet Terrace branch
Nandos should arrange for the store at Trade route mall to do deliveries as we had never had any problems with them before
