My complaint:
-i bought and item to be delivered overseas
-i made a shipping request
-myus charged me for the shipping
-myus then decided not to continue the shipping process for unknown problem
-( ( but i didn’t get refunded ) )
-i made another shipping request and they charged me again!
so what about the first payment?!
Suggested solution:
i need a refund for the money that paid over a false pretense
