My complaint:
I have ordered a 4000$ laptop to ship to Dubai. The product was successful received by Myus.com. i have paid for all their fees and urgent handling just to protect the product. However, they never shipped it and keep finding excuses that’s it’s being processed by the compliance team. It is mentioned in the website that by paying for urgent handling, it will take up to 2 business days to process which is a lie. The product is very expensive. So ill do whatever it takes to either get the product or a refund. This company is an absolute trush

Simple, they just need to ship it as soon as possible
