My complaint:
Watch out! This company will charge you blind! They quote you and then you give your card details… then they end up charging almost double on your card. Apparently had to ship certain items separately. Without asking me. Sent two $12 items separately for an extra $108… EACH! Who would be that crazy!? Customer service refused to help. Have been doing business with them for years. Closed my account now. Initial quote was something like $520 and the charge was $710!! They never even checked with me. Customer service just told me that it was me that created the shipping request… even though it was quoted as $200 less!!!
Suggested solution:
By refunding me for the two unauthorised shipments they decided to make at an extra $200!!!
