My complaint:
I have booked a a flight ticket via my trip.com With Royal Air Maroc just before the lockdown. I’ve been promised they would either refund me or provide me a voucher. February 22 I asked if I can use that voucher however I’ve been told it’s no longer available as mytrip Has refunded me that money on Sep 21. Which was not true. I told them I’m willing to provide bank statements to prove I didn’t receive anything. And they accepted it was an error in their system and they’ll refund me the money. I have been waiting since February to get my money back and yet they told me I should now contact Royal Air Maroc to sort it out.
Suggested solution:
To refund me my money.
