My complaint:
I booked flights through my trip. They notified me that I could check in through them so I did this and was told that I had successfully checked in. When I got to the airport Ryan air said that my trip had not checked me in which resulted in a £55 charge to myself to get a boarding pass.
Suggested solution:
Due to misleading information resulting in a £55 charge to myself, I request nothing less than a full reimbursement of £55
