My complaint:
I bought a ticket to London and return from Paris. Austrian Airlines cancelled one of my return flights which would have left me stranded in Vienna. I requested a refund. ANA owned the ticket and authorized and provided a refund on 22042022. MyTrip advises through ‘My Bookings’ section on website…that the funds have been sent to my account and the matter is closed. NO FUNDS have been sent to my account and no one at MyTrip now will talk to me.
Suggested solution:
Direct the refund back to the original form of payment ie my credit card.
