Mytrip.com complaint: Double charged for cabin bag priority access

My complaint:

I booked for a ryanair flight and purposely paid for cabin bag for both departure and return flights and when I checked the mytrip site, it stated that I was entitled to a 10kg luggage. However, on my return flight, ryanair forced me to pay for the 10kg luggage so I have effectively paid not only 44 pounds to mytrip but ryanair have now charged me 40 pounds more. I do not know why my ticket does not show that I am entitled to this. Please refund me the money that I paid to ryanair as this is not fair for me to face the financial penalty of paying a late baggage fee AND also the fee to mytrip.com

Suggested solution:

Refund the cost that I paid to ryanair as I already paid mytrip the cheaper fee of luggage and should not have to pay the financial penalty of a cabin fee. Adddd to that, this entire situation has been very distressing and stressful and could be avoided if the mytrip system communicated correctly with ryanair
