My complaint:

Planned a trip with them which included a connection flight, the first flight was cancelled within a few hours of departure. I messaged both airlines and both couldn’t doing anything and said I had to go to the agency for first since it was booked through them. I did and I have had no response at all apart from a link for compensation which was for for Europe and not for my domestic flight, even then I the compensation WILL NOT cover my losses!
