My complaint:
SINCE FEB 2022 WHEN I CANCELLED MY FLIGHT DUE TO COVID19 RESTRICTIONS WITH MY ONE OF MY TICKET STOP OVER DISTINATIONS.
I REQUESTED FOR REFUND SINCE I WAS AFRAID THAT MY ROUTE IS HAVING RESTRICTIONS FOR TRAVELLERS. SINCE THEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND.
AS FAR AS I KNOW AIRLINES ARE REFUNDING THE PAYMENT FEE LIKE 15-45 DAYS MAXIMUM. BUT AS FOR MY REQUEST ITS ALREADY BEEN 4 MONTHS SINCE IM WAITING FOR THE REFUND.
I TIRED TO CALL THE CONTACT NUMBER IN UK I BELIEVE AND THE SAME THEY ARE SAYING TO CHECK THE ONLNE UPDATE. I SEND THEM EMAIL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE REPLY IS ALL THE SAME.
NOW I WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY ASAP. APPRECIATE IF ANYONE CAN ASSIST.

REFUND MY AIR TICKET AT THE EARLIEST.
