My complaint:
Initially had flight booked on 13072020, booking reference JYV3HY. Flight was cancelled due to “covid reasons”. I was offered an open ticket to fly within a year.
I tried to rebook a flight for 23102020. I was charged £30 assisted fee. I was then told I need to pay ANOTHER £30 for fare difference however I checked myself and the new flight was £10 cheaper than what I originally paid. There was NO fare difference. I asked for a refund of my £30 assisted fee as I did not want to rebook my flight again.
I was told my refund for the £30 will enter my account in a few days, this was on 19102020. No money has been refunded to me.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund of my initial ticket of £66 and my assisted fee which I did not use for £30 immediately.
The assisted fee refund I was told was processed nearly 2 weeks ago.
This is ridiculous service.
