My complaint:
Booking : OJZFCV
My flight was cancelled in March 2020 due to airplane mechanical problems not due to COVID. I was suppose to get my refund within 10 days but then COVID happened. I call once a week to follow up and according to MyTrip they wired my refund on 100820 which is not true. I’ve sent proof of bank statements and a letter from my bank. My bank states if they tell me IMAD number they can track it as every wire has IMAD number. myTrip hasn’t giving me IMAD number. I am always promised an email within 24 hours and the last time I received an email was in September – we are in November.
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund.
