My complaint:
My booking PBTK8 for the return flight to Rio de Janeiro was canceled. The airline Alitalia claims to have refunded the tickets to the travel agency in May 2020, but MyTrip has never returned the money. Criminal!
Suggested solution:
Return the money, immediately!
