My complaint:
Dear Sir,
I have been calling ´mytrip´ call center for more than 10 days.
I booked a ticket to go from Berlin to Beirut, the last name of one of the passengers was filled mistakenly incorrect. when I called on the 2306 at 10.44 am Portugal time Mytrip agent advised me to cancel just that ticket and rebook new one with the correct spelling.
The cancelation fee of 51 euro will be detected from my refund and I will receive 383 Euros in my account.
The very next day I found out that (my trip) withdrawal 383 euros from my account instead of refunding me with this amount.
since then, I have been calling the call center and waiting on line for 54 – 108 – 71 – 32 – 64 minutes consecutively and not even receiving an answer.
This is disrespectful. I tried calling both the Portuguese call center of the number 00351211451262 and the 2407 international call center of 00442034550390. In both cases I received no answer.
I would like to complain about the refund mistake, and about the long waiting times on the call center, I believe they marked my number and not answering purposely.

Suggested solution:
refund me with the 383 Euros of the cancelled ticket, and send back the 383 Euros they took on the next day of the cancellations. that make it 766 Euros.
Also, to have better customer service and try to reduce the unrealistic waiting on lines.
Same thing happened with me but at least you got refund. in my case they didn’t refund me yet (about 7 days passed)
