My complaint:
I wanted to book a flight from Amsterdam to Milano.
I booked the flight through MyTrip SuperSaver. I payed the ticket and got a ation in my email that the ation could take up to 72 hours. Then I get an email that I need to finish my booking … but I already succesfully paid.
So I called them to ask what was going on. After waiting for more than 1 hour on hold. Just to be told that the booking was nog done successfully and I needed to rebook and this amount would be refunded, and that he could not do anything else.
So, I rebooked the flight. Only to find out that something went wrong and my return date was one week too late. So I called again to fix this. After waiting for 1 hour on the phone again the customer service agent told there was a software glitch so she could not change anything and that I would be helped via email once the glitch was over.
Afterwards I received and email that changes could only be done be telephone … what a bad service. So, 1 day before the flight I had to call again and wait in the line to fix this.
Suggested solution:
MyTrip SuperSaver should refund the costs of my first booking.
MyTrip SuperSaver should change my flight free of charge to the right date.
