My complaint:
Dear Mytrip,
A year and few months ago i’ve cancelled a flight of me and my family. The booking number is: L93W0V. The number i used is: 31640887755.
I’ve got two e-mails from Hyperwallet about updating the payment data to claim the refund. I tried to do it, but it failed because of the several times of trying to give the right number, which is why i couldn’t try anymore and i couldn’t update the data.
After that, i called Mytrip and told the worker about the problem. He told me to not worry and wait for a third e-mail that will be the solution.
I’ve got the second e-mail. It says that the money is sent back to Mytrip. As you see, it’s not the solution at all, and i’m really anooyed by that.
I would aprecciate it if you could solve this problem as fast as possible.
