My complaint:
After that I called 9 times asking for a Refund and never got a reply, I used their website to claim for a refund on the 23122020, since then they are simply laying to me that I have to go to the airline and the airline is telling they have refunded mytrip.com, it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t got a refund
I want to get a refund, and are not done at this point and this company has literally ignored all my emails, such a terrible Customer care, I have called the airline loads of times asking for help, but they keep saying they have refunded it to mytrip.com and my trip.com is sending back to airline.
