My complaint:
I had book a FT from Mauritius to Melbourne for the 18th of January 2022 and had to chance the date for the 14th of December 2021, but had no response from them. So I booked another FT. And asked for a refund from Mytrip immediately. So they mentioned that they will take a cancellation fee of USD 30, I have email proving that. And I agreed but still I have not receive any kind of refund. I have contacted Emirates and filed a complaint and Emirates replied back to say that I should liaise with Mytrip. And they don’t even answer back.
Suggested solution:
I would kindly appreciate my refund back as we agreed two months ago. This is illegal holding people money.
